*These items are functional art pieces. There were designed, hand-thrown, hand-sculpted and hand-painted individually by me without a cast/mold. Imperfections is a natural part of the process. The mugs are fired to become food-safe. All materials used are non-toxic and lead-free. They are sold as is. Please read the item details before making a purchase decision.
To achieve the aesthetics, there are small sculptural pieces sticking out of the pot. It needs to be handled with extra care to any avoid collision, falling, and accidents. This is not meant for small children to play and handle, or pets.
All metal hooks attached on these pieces and the charms are rust and corrosion resistant. This piece is NOT microwave-safe or dishwasher safe.
There might be slight difference in the actual color of the piece and the one you receive due to difference in monitor screen. The ones you see in the photos are the ones you’ll receive.
Care Guides:
* Small sculptural parts may be fragile and breakable. Be sure to handle with extra care.
* Hand-wash only. Clean with soft non-abrasive sponge with mild soapy water and wipe dry to prolong the gold and any overglaze details (the gold used is real gold and can get scratched off with sharp objects). Do not leave soaking in the sink or use harsh or strong acidic chemicals to clean.
* Keep out of the reach of young children and pets.
* Ceramic items are sensitive to sudden temperature change because of thermal shock can occur, causing cracks and breakage. Avoid sudden change from very hot to very cold and vice versa.
* Made with lead-free food-safe glaze.

Shipping Process:
Shipping is done via registered mail services that provides a tracking number, which will be sent via email notification when it's shipped. Shipping fee is calculated by weight, estimated at $20-$38 or more per 1 piece of my regular-sized pottery (e.g. a planter normally weighs more and the fee is higher). Some countries have higher shipping cost. Each piece will be wrapped tightly with reusable bubble wraps and reused paper in a secured box to make sure the trip to their new homes is safe and sound. Shipping from my studio in Thailand to the US, CA, UK, EU, and AUS normally takes between 3-6 weeks. However, shipping can take up to 8 weeks or more in some cases and areas. I cannot guarantee the arrival time as that depends the local post office workload and speed.
***All sales are FINAL. Each item is sold as is. Be sure to look at the video and photos before checking out. Due to the nature of the handmade products, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for all items or services once purchased. Customers are responsible for import tax/vat that may be charged by customs. Once purchased, customers acknowledged and accepted the shop policies and all possible imperfections that come with the piece during its creation process. I’m not responsible for any recklessness or mistreatment of the item on your part that resulted in damage. I'm not responsible for any lost or damaged package from shipping as it's beyond my control. That being said, I take extreme care by excessively wrapping the package with reliable protective materials and a use double-walled packing box to ensure and prioritize the safety of the piece.
