Shop Policies

Following policies applied to items stated as 'handmade', 'handcrafted' or any other terms related handcraft process.

1. The items in this shop are considered as a form of art. There are possible imperfections that are sometimes inevitable during the creation processes. There may be some difference in the actual color of the product and the one you receive due to difference in monitor screen. The ones you see in the photos are the ones you’ll receive. 
   
   
2. All sales are final. Each item is sold as is. Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for all items or services once purchased. For Items that are handcrafted, customers acknowledge and accept possible imperfection of the product that may occur during its creation process.
   
   
3. We are not responsible for the lost or damaged or stolen package once it’s has been shipped. Although, we always provide a tracking number and we pack each item with great care and over-do it, even. Over 400 pieces sold, we have never once experienced damage of the item during shipping. Please make sure to read our shop policy before purchasing.
   
   
4. Customers are responsible for their country’s import tax and any regulations that may be imposed.
   
   
5. Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
