Shipping policy

I provide international shipping only to the listed countries, you can find the list at the bottom of the HomePage. The shipping is provided via International Registered mail with a tracking number, which you'll receive a email confirmation from the system once I drop your package off at the post office. I'm not responsible for any loss, accident, damage or delay caused by the shipping services as it is out of my control. I do my very best to excessively use protective materials to prevent damages from impact while your package travels. I'm very confident in the level of protection I provide because I wrap and pack each one myself. Additionally, I have shipped over hundreds of ceramic pieces to customers globally and not a single issue of damage or loss ever happen.
