My pieces are functional art items. They need extra care in handling, cleaning, and storing.
Each work was hand-thrown on a potter’s wheel, hand-sculpted and hand-painted individually. Imperfection is a natural part of a handmade item. Some may have small cracks or smudges, or warping here and there. The imperfection doesn’t affect the functionality, unless I state otherwise. The mugs are fired to be food-safe, unless stated otherwise. The metal hooks attached on the mugs and the charms are rust and corrosion-resistant. The glazes are non-toxic and lead-free. Each is sold as-is.
The actual colors may look different from what you see on your screen. The ones you see in the photos are the ones you’ll receive.

*Glaze surface cracked on the tip of the right antler. The cracked line is secured with epoxy resin to seal the glaze gap. The surface crack at tail at the back - see photos to inspect. Care Guides:
* Small sculptural parts may be fragile and breakable. Be sure to handle with extra care.
* Hand-wash only. Use a soft, non-abrasive sponge with mild soapy water. Wipe dry after to preserve the gold shine and any overglaze details (the gold used is real gold and can get scratched off with sharp objects). Avoid leave soaking in the sink or use any harsh or strong acidic chemicals to clean.
* Keep out of the reach of young children and pets. Place on a sturdy and secure surface.
* Avoid sudden temperature change as thermal shock can occur, which can cause cracks and breakage. Avoid sudden change from very hot to very cold and vice versa.
*Not Microwave-Safe or Dishwasher-Safe
Shipping Process:
Shipping countries list on the foot of the homepage.
Shipping is done via registered mail services that provides a tracking number, which will be sent via email notification when it's shipped. Shipping fee is calculated by weight, estimated at $20-$38 or more per 1 piece of pottery only. The more the weight, the higher the shipping fee. Shipping fee varies between countries. Each piece will be wrapped tightly with reusable bubble wraps, foams, and reused paper in a secured box to make sure the trip to their new homes is completely safe. Shipping from my studio in Thailand to the US, CA, UK, and AUS normally takes between 3-6 weeks or more in some cases. I cannot guarantee the arrival time as it is up to the local post office workload and speed.

Express Shipping is available in the separated listing. With the express shipping, you’ll likely receive it within 7-14 days time after packing and shipping out.
